About us

Portable restrooms, run like a route business

Flowline Porta Potty serves Fort Worth and the surrounding Tarrant County with clean, well-serviced portable restrooms for job sites, events and facilities. We keep the fleet tight, the schedule tighter, and a real person on the phone.

Who we are

A local operator, not a call center

Built around the route

Most complaints about porta potty rental are really scheduling complaints — a unit that did not get serviced, a pickup that never came. We run delivery, servicing and collection as one route so the visits actually happen on the day we say they will.

The whole fleet in one call

Standard units for crews, deluxe flushing units and trailers for events, ADA restrooms for permitted sites and handwash stations to pair with any of them. You give us the headcount and the dates; we tell you what to put on the ground.

Honest about timing

If we can get a unit out today, we will say so. If the route is full or a trailer needs more notice, you will hear that too — before you are counting on it. No quote forms, no waiting on an email to find out.

Priced for accounting

Delivery, weekly servicing and pickup are quoted into the rate. Certificates of insurance and W-9s are handled up front for procurement, and nothing auto-renews in the background once the job closes out.

Service standards

Why crews keep the same number saved

A real person answers

Phones are covered every day from 7AM to 9PM, weekends included. You get an answer on availability while you are still standing on the site, not a callback tomorrow.

Servicing that actually happens

Every unit is pumped, charged, restocked and sanitized on a fixed route day. If a driver misses you we come back the same week, and that visit is not billed.

Pricing you can hand to accounting

Delivery, servicing and pickup are quoted in the rate. No fuel surcharge bolted on later, no environmental fee appearing on the invoice for the first time.

How it works

Four steps, one phone number

This is the part we keep tight, because it is the part everyone else gets wrong.

01

Call with the details

Headcount, dates and where a truck can get in. Two minutes on the phone and you have a price and a delivery window.

02

We deliver and set

The driver levels the unit, stocks it, checks the door latch and vent, and confirms placement with whoever is on site.

03

Scheduled servicing

Pump-out, fresh charge, restock and sanitize on your route day. Extra visits any time the traffic runs heavier than planned.

04

Pickup when you finish

One call and the unit is gone, usually the next business day. No end-of-term auto-renew you have to chase down and cancel.

Book a delivery

Talk to someone who runs the route

Give us the headcount, the dates and where a truck can pull in. You will have a price and a delivery window before you hang up.
