Who we serve

Booked by crews, planners and property managers

Different jobs need different units on different schedules. Here is how it usually falls out.

01

Construction & remodels

Standard units on monthly billing, moved as the build progresses. We work around gate hours and can service before the crew arrives.

02

Weddings & private events

Flushing units or a trailer, delivered the morning of and picked up the next business day. Placed out of the photographs, close enough to walk to.

03

Festivals & races

Bulk drops against a placement map, mid-event servicing on multi-day runs, and ADA units in the ratio your permit calls for.

04

Parks, schools & municipal

Seasonal and long-term placements with itemized invoicing, insurance certificates and W-9s handled up front for procurement.

05

Film & production

Quiet units for location shoots, delivered to a call sheet and repositioned between setups when the unit manager needs them moved.

06

Emergency & facility outages

Fast placement when plumbing goes down at a building or a site loses services. Call and we will tell you honestly what we can get out today.

How it works

Four steps, one phone number

Most complaints about porta potty rental are scheduling complaints. This is the part we keep tight.

01

Call with the details

Headcount, dates and where a truck can get in. Two minutes on the phone and you have a price and a delivery window.

02

We deliver and set

The driver levels the unit, stocks it, checks the door latch and vent, and confirms placement with whoever is on site.

03

Scheduled servicing

Pump-out, fresh charge, restock and sanitize on your route day. Extra visits any time the traffic runs heavier than planned.

04

Pickup when you finish

One call and the unit is gone, usually the next business day. No end-of-term auto-renew you have to chase down and cancel.

Placement & access

What the driver needs on delivery day

Nearly every failed delivery comes down to one of these five. Check them before the truck rolls and the drop takes ten minutes.

  • 01
Level, firm groundCompacted dirt, gravel or pavement. A unit on a slope will not seal and the tank will slosh.
  • 02
Truck access within 25 feetOur service hose reaches about 25 feet. Past that we cannot pump the unit without moving it first.
  • 03
Overhead clearanceAround 12 feet clear of branches, awnings and power lines so the unit can be lifted off the bed.
  • 04
Gate and lock detailsCodes, key contacts and gate hours up front. A locked gate on a route day is a missed service.
  • 05
Power and water for trailersTrailers need a dedicated 110V outlet and a garden-hose connection, or generator and tank arrangements made in advance.

Why crews keep the same number saved

A real person answers

Phones are covered every day from 7AM to 9PM, weekends included. You get an answer on availability while you are still standing on the site, not a callback tomorrow.

Servicing that actually happens

Every unit is pumped, charged, restocked and sanitized on a fixed route day. If a driver misses you we come back the same week, and that visit is not billed.

Pricing you can hand to accounting

Delivery, servicing and pickup are quoted in the rate. No fuel surcharge bolted on later, no environmental fee appearing on the invoice for the first time.

FAQ

Questions we get before booking

How many porta potties do I need?

On a job site, one standard unit per ten workers on a 40-hour week is the working rule, with weekly servicing. For events, plan one unit per fifty guests over a four-hour event, then add units if alcohol is served or the event runs past six hours. Give us the headcount and duration on the call and we will size it for you.

How much does a porta potty rental cost?

It depends on the unit type, how long you keep it and how often it needs servicing. A standard unit on a monthly job site rate is the cheapest way to rent; a weekend event unit and a restroom trailer sit higher because of the delivery, setup and same-week collection. Delivery, weekly servicing and pickup are quoted into the rate rather than added afterwards. Call for a firm number.

How quickly can you deliver?

Standard units usually go out the same week, and often next day when the route has room. Trailers and large multi-unit event orders need more notice, especially in spring and fall wedding season. If you need something today, call and we will tell you straight away whether it is possible.

How often are units serviced?

Weekly is standard and covers most sites. Servicing means the waste tank is vacuumed out, recharged with fresh deodorizer, paper and sanitizer restocked, and every interior surface washed down. High-traffic sites and multi-day events can be scheduled twice weekly or serviced overnight between event days.

Do I need an ADA-accessible unit?

If your event is open to the public or your site takes public funding, yes. The usual requirement is at least one accessible unit, and at least five percent of the total once you are running larger banks. Permitting offices check for this, so confirm your requirement before the order goes in.

What does a restroom trailer need on site?

A level pad big enough to park and stabilize the trailer, a dedicated 110V outlet within reach, and a garden-hose water connection. Where none of that exists we can arrange a generator and a fresh water tank, but it has to be sorted before delivery day rather than discovered on it.

Can you move a unit once it is placed?

Yes. On long builds the restroom usually has to follow the work. Call and we will schedule a reposition, or set you up with skid-mounted units your own forklift can shift without waiting on our truck.

What happens at the end of the rental?

Call us when you are done and the unit is collected, usually the next business day. Nothing renews automatically in the background, so billing stops when the job closes out.

Need a unit on the ground this week?

Give us the headcount, the dates and where a truck can pull in. You will have a price and a delivery window before you hang up — no quote forms, no waiting on an email.
